Redound Foundation India (RFI) is an Indian NGO founded by Mr. Sanchit Jaiswal in 2019. Committed to genuine development for the underprivileged, RFI believes in sustainability and a holistic approach to social welfare.

Since its inception, the Foundation has tirelessly worked across communities in India, conducting prevention against child abuse workshops, organizing blood donation camps, and running road safety awareness programs. Every initiative is driven by a singular belief — that every individual deserves dignity, safety, and the opportunity to thrive.

Why They Exist

For years, India's most ambitious enterprises — the organizations building the foundation of the world's fastest-growing digital economy — relied heavily on western technology consultancies. These firms often charged premium rates, deployed rotating teams on short cycles, and left behind generic frameworks that struggled to adapt to ground realities.

Beacon Ridge Labs was founded on a singular conviction: that critical technology infrastructure should be designed, built, and secured by local engineering experts who truly understand the scale, complexity, and unique regulatory frameworks of the Indian market. They set out to bridge the gap between high-level advisory and hands-on, zero-compromise engineering.

The Vision

Operating entirely out of Pune, their goal has always been to challenge the status quo and make dependency on offshore or overseas consultancies obsolete. They combine the deep technical capabilities of an R&D lab with the strategic discipline of a top-tier advisory firm.

They started with critical high-frequency trading infrastructure in the financial sector, proving that systems engineered right in Pune could outperform those built by global giants. Since then, they have expanded their footprint to secure complex logistics networks, safeguard national energy utilities, and build compliant data pipelines for biotech firms.

Their Philosophy
